With a team of experienced professionals, we strive to deliver high-quality services that help our clients achieve their objectives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Senior Food Control Plan Verifier role at Auditing Solutions NZ. As a Senior Food Control Plan Verifier, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and audits of Food Control Plans, Custom Food Plans, and National Programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will review documentation, assess processes, and provide guidance and recommendations to clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and become an integral member of our team. The person should have a bright cheerful and happy disposition who will enjoy working in a bright cheerful, supportive and happy team environment.This position is based in Christchurch, with flexibility to travel periodically within NZ (1-3 day trips).QualificationsTertiary qualification in food science, food technology or similarPreferably 5 years food industry experience in the manufacturing sectorHACCP and Lead Auditor trainingProficient knowledge of New Zealand food safety legislation and standardsExperience in conducting audits and reviews of Food Control PlansStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAuthority to work in NZHold a NZ drivers licenceExperience in the food industry is a plusKnowledge of auditing principles and practicesYour application will include the following questions:How many years of auditing experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Verifier?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound knowledge of food provenance?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
