Food Technology & Safety (Science & Technology) Full time Auditing Solutions NZ is a company with its head office based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Role Description This is a full-time Senior Food Control Plan Verifier role at Auditing Solutions NZ. As a Senior Food Control Plan Verifier, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and audits of Food Control Plans, Custom Food Plans, and National Programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will review documentation, assess processes, and provide guidance and recommendations to clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and become an integral member of our team. The person should have a bright cheerful and happy disposition who will enjoy working in a bright cheerful, supportive and happy team environment. This position is based in Christchurch, with flexibility to travel periodically within NZ (1-3 day trips). Qualifications Tertiary qualification in food science, food technology or similar Preferably 5 years food industry experience in the manufacturing sector HACCP and Lead Auditor training Proficient knowledge of New Zealand food safety legislation and standards Experience in conducting audits and reviews of Food Control Plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Authority to work in NZ Hold a NZ drivers licence Experience in the food industry is a plus Knowledge of auditing principles and practices Your application will include the following questions: How many years of auditing experience do you have?
