Fire Control Services Limited tests andmaintains fire systems in commercial, industrial and multi-level residentialbuildings. We act on behalf of building owners, body corporatesand tenants. We provide top quality service and expertise in the installation and servicing of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, building warrant of fitness, fire extinguishers & other services.
We are a privately owned and operating since 1986 with an extensive client base of over 5,000 clients.
Due to our exceptional growth, we areurgently recruiting experienced Senior Fire Alarm Technicians with at least 5 years of relevant fire alarm experience in New Zealand.
The key tasks of this role will include:
Inspection and testing of fire safety systems to comply with specific requirements
Fire alarm service and repair
Installation and programming of fire alarm systems including wiring and components.
Identification and repairing of defects in fire safety systems.
You will need to meet the below criteria:
Must have NZ citizenship/NZ residence visa/ open work permit with no restrictions (Do not apply if you don't meet this criteria
At least 5 years of experience In Fire Alarm Systems (Do not apply if you have less than 5 years)
Sound knowledge with relevant standardNZS4512
Ability to work autonomously and part of the service team
NZ IQP certified in building specified systems (fire protection) will be a massive advantage
Competenz qualification in fire protection Level 3 / Level 4 will be an added bonus to securing this role
Current clean Drivers License
