We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Finance Manager – Enterprise Planning & Performance to join our team.
In this critical role, you'll play a key part in driving our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, helping to ensure our business is aligned with our long-term strategic goals.
As part of our Finance team within the Chief Operating Office (COO), you will: Lead the consolidation of financial planning across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and the development of accurate business plans and forecasts.
Ability to identify funding dynamically for high priority projects and integrate project outcomes into the planning cycle.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and drive overarching strategic objectives across the business.
Develop and manage performance measurement frameworks to track progress against strategic and financial targets.
Support regulatory planning, monitor forecasts, and ensure consistency with external investor guidance.
Produces Strategic KPI reporting and tracking, carrying out post implementation reviews on business cases to ensure benefits are realised across the business.

  O Wheako, o Pukenga | Your Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: Chartered Accountant with 5+ years' experience in a commercial planning or strategy role Telecommunications (or relevant technology) industry experience Proven Leadership skills – lead a high performing team Ability to lead cross-functionally to deliver funding dynamically for high priority projects – this is dynamic budgeting.
Experience leading a Financial Planning & Analysis team Proven experience in financial planning, performance management or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and target setting.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and performance modelling tools (SAP or similar is a bonus).
