About the role In this role, you will be supporting our Transport business in Northland.
Although this is a sole administration role, you will be part of a wider Finance team and will have appropriate support and mentorship to do your job.
Part of the role is making sure to establish and maintain trusting partnership with the business and operational staff, making sure timely and accurate records are kept and financial information is processed within the given timeframe.
You will be working with various stakeholders across numerous tams and will play a pivotal role in ensuring deadlines are met and all contracts are running flawlessly.
Your responsibilities will include ( but not limited to) Procure to pay - Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll Month end reporting and analysis Month-end and sub contractor support General administration About you Highly motivated you have demonstrable experience in a similar role with a large complex business.
You communication skills and problem-solving skills are second to none.
You enjoy working in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders.
Attention to detail is one of your strong points.
Your technical skills coupled with your ability to multi-task will ensure your success in this role.
Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skill is highly regarded.
