Full-time at 37.5 hours per weekContinuing positionAu Mahi | What You Will Do We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join our Financial Services Team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support and advice to the UC Business School and the Faculty of Law and their staff. This includes ensuring that the day-to-day finance administrative tasks are managed effectively and efficiently, ensuring compliance with current policies and procedures. This role will also involve assisting with monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and project work.
You have financial/business related administration experience, specifically interpreting finance accounts/reports as well as experience working with budgets, forecasts, and preparation of monthly reports. You will have the ability to use and support a wide variety of systems, for example, Oracle EBS, as well as experience using MS Office applications.
You have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to establish and build effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
