We have a genuine commitment to continually strengthen client relationships and raise the bar in terms of customer service and delivery outcomes.We are currently seeking a Senior Facilities Manager who has the technical background and experience to join our Auckland based Facilities Management team to manage a large interesting diverse portfolio.About the Role:Lead the proactive identification, scoping and solutions for Capex projects and manage these from inception to completion.Providing technical advice and proactive solutions to our client along with providing innovative ideas to enhance their business operations and maximise the value of our client's assets.Building and maintaining positive and effective relationships with our client and maximising the delivery aligned to the clients Master Services Agreement.Working as part of a Facilities Management team to effectively and efficiently manage reactive / planned property maintenance including actively managing KPI including attendance and completion times.Management of subcontractors, and suppliers where required, including liaising with internal Trade Services Divisions to deliver a broad scope of services and projects.Ensure all works are undertaken safely and consistent with Cushman & Wakefield and legislative safety requirements.Proven track record of maintaining and preparing budgets and strong financial acumen.About You:Our ideal person will have a minimum of five years' experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally in an outsourced FM environment with a strong project management focus.Must have a good understanding of commercial/retail/industrial facilities maintenance, with preference of a technical or trade background.
