Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Responsibilities Act as the Turnaround Manager for the planning, preparation, execution and close out of the turnaround at the nominated operational facility.
Ensure that all stated turnaround objectives KPIs are met.
Manage effectively the interfaces between all stakeholders including OMV management, contractor management, OMV operations, project leaders etc.
Provide regular and comprehensive reporting to the turnaround Steering Group.
Ensure key turnaround documents as per the OMV Turnaround process and regulations have been created and endorsed.
Provide direction and decision making for the turnaround team.
Ensure that key turnaround review meetings have been organized and led as per the turnaround milestone plan.
Manage effectively the main processes involved with turnaround scope definition, work pack creation and later emergent work control.
Ensure that all relevant information is fully integrated into the work scope development process.
Ensure policies, procedures and technical regulations are considered by cooperating with OMV departmental managers and technical authorities.
Responsible for chairing weekly Turnaround Progress Meetings.
Ensure transparency of late or emergent work requests during the Turnaround to the Steering Committee.
Ensure that HSSE Meetings during the Turnaround have been planned and organized.
Responsible for handling conflict resolution if not resolved by Turnaround Coordinator.
Ensure close-out reports and post turnaround activities are maintained and completed.
Responsible for analyzing performance post turnaround to identify areas for improvement for future turnarounds.
Lead and or support the development of turnaround strategies for plant maintenance.
Ensure compliance with OMV NZ processes and regulations and support the implementation of improvement opportunities.

Your Profile University Degree Master/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
More than 9 years of proven experience in managing large-scale industrial turnarounds or maintenance projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
Familiarity with OMV NZ and industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
Experience with budget management and cost control.
Certifications in Project Management, Six Sigma or similar are advantageous.
