The successful candidate will support content management over website and social media for brand awareness, which involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also possess skills in media management, design, and video production. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage as this role requires management of Mandarin social media platforms.Job DescriptionConceptualise and curate social media content to help drive traffic, engagement and leads.Develop and support online content and strategies on the LKYSPP website (lkyspp.nus.edu.sg).Identify trends and insights on social media to maximise digital channels direction.Support and manage web enhancement projects and daily website updates.Support online content strategies through design and production of digital assets (infographics, graphics, videos, articles) to enhance the website's overall performance.Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders to support online marketing efforts from website optimisation to social media campaigns; including writing content to support editorial plan.Manage digital content agencies for English and Mandarin content, and partners - which includes internal and external ones - to ensure that content strategies and KPIs are met.QualificationsEarned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media (or equivalent).Relevant working experience of at least 4 years with a proven track record of managing social media, website content and developing and executing digital campaigns.Possess a strong understanding of website/ SEO analytics, and overall global and local digital content landscape.Ability to work independently at both strategic and operational level.A team player and hands-on self-starter committed to building key relationships with stakeholders.Possess project management skills in engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels in a complex and dynamic environment.Possess strong interpersonal skills; written/verbal skills and presentation skills.Proficient in translating, editing and copywriting from English to Mandarin articles.More InformationLocation: Bukit Timah CampusOrganization: Lee Kuan Yew School of Public PolicyDepartment: Thought Leadership and Strategic CommunicationsEmployee Referral Eligible:Job requisition ID: 27373
