To this end have an Integrated Incentive Programme around sharing this abundance to every role within RGC.We are currently entering a phase of broadening our capability further and we seek individuals to join our team in the following roles:Senior Project ManagerThe Role:The individual appointed to the Senior Estimator / QS role will be a strong, results driven leader that very genuinely derives satisfaction from building effective teams and growing professionally those individuals within your team.Being aligned with RGC's 4 Pillars of Culture, Quality, Abundance and Principle Centred will see the right candidate truly prosper, benefiting all they interact with.The fit of the candidate within our team is paramount and as such the level responsibility within the role can be melded somewhat to achieve the best mix 'people fit' and experience.Duties:Review relevant Divisional monthly accounts and weekly job reports in conjunction with Commercial Manager and action outputs generatedEnsure nil projects and contracts are commenced without completing a Tender Handover Meeting and the transfer of all pertinent data and metrics to the delivery teamLiaising with and maintaining positive relationships with all suppliers, customers, stakeholders and RGC personnel.Coordinate with General Manager for resource planning and allocation across all projects and divisions.Ownership of Project Risk Management Plans during the tender phase. Identification of risk exposure and development of plans with the project team to respond to and mitigate risk to acceptable residual levels during the delivery phase.Lead project cost control and reporting against budgetMeeting Key Performance Objectives of the project.Contribute strongly to our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and 'Broader Outcomes' commitments.Contribute to all Tender methodology development and tender closes. Personally lead the tender bid process when the particular tender scope aligns well with your experience and capability.Drive continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring agreed improvements are incorporated within your assigned projects. Continuous Improvement opportunities including but not limited to, changes in process, methodology and identification of technological advancements.Build sustainable, win-win relationships with key client and delivery partnersSkills and Experience necessary:Must have at least 8 years of construction-based, project commercial management experience.A tertiary Quantity Surveying qualificationBe comfortable with working in a fastmoving work environment, where a need for speed and flexibility to take advantage of market opportunities is essential.A capable and respected mentor and coach.Preferably, civil, and structural concrete centric construction experience.Commercially astute, with strong cost management skills.Proven planning & program management experience.
