Who we are looking for:An experienced estimator who consistently maintains high standards and delivers strong commercial outcomes. This role involves working collaboratively with various departments to ensure estimates align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. By participating in meetings, evaluating technical challenges, and identifying potential risks, the Estimator is key to crafting competitive bids for diverse commercial projects.Skills and Experience:5+ years experience in a similar role with a commercial contractorTertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industryWorking knowledge of specific contract laws and building contractsHigh level computer processing skills in Microsoft ProgrammesStrong communication, team management and leadership skillsAbout the Company:A leader in the New Zealand construction industry, responsible for delivering various projects in Waikato.
