The Senior Estimator collaborates across departments to ensure estimates meet project needs, budgets, and deadlines. By attending meetings, assessing technical challenges, and identifying risks, they play a crucial role in developing competitive bids for a variety of commercial projects. We're looking for a seasoned Senior Estimator to join our team!Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:7+ years in a similar role with a tier 1 / tier 2 commercial contractorExperience in large commercial construction methodology and pricing elementsProven ability to price direct labour costs effectivelyDevelop positive relationships with key project stakeholdersDemonstrate and apply exceptional construction cost knowledgePresent compelling and well-priced proposals that meet clients' needsAnalyze tenders and identify and suggest appropriate steps to mitigate risksDraft project procurement plansAbout You:Be methodical, meticulous, and analytical in your work.
