My client is a growing Civil and Environmental Engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to provide leadership and support. As part of a small, tight-knit group of Engineers, the company has ambitious expansion plans with this role being a KEY hire. On offer for the successful applicant is a salary of $120K - $140K, client and project leadership along with rapid career development.
Te aheitanga: The opportunity
Specialising in civil and environmental consultancy, recent events have ratcheted up the demand for their specialist services. These include R&D for new areas of Water and Flood Risk Management policy for local government, business cases for 3 waters infrastructure, and the development and review of SW reticulation and quality improvement schemes.
Reporting into and working alongside the local Director, you will be presented with the opportunity to lead local projects, quality assurance, and client relationships. Tertiary qualified in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Project leadership experience in the planning, design, and delivery of 3 waters infrastructure
CPEng with Engineering NZ desired
Expertise in Business Cases, Flood Risk, Asset, or Water Quality Management
Working knowledge of Te Mana o te Wai principles and the desire to see them delivered
A full Driver's License and existing work rights for NZ
