Senior Engineering Seismologist - Christchurch We are actively seeking a proactive and ambitious Senior Engineering Seismologist to join our team in Christchurch. This role is pivotal as we embark on new projects and experience a significant surge in demand for seismic hazard assessments and analysis services. In this position, you will play a key role in conducting and leading earthquake hazard assessments. This role offers the chance to expand our engineering seismology expertise locally and globally within WSP. You will contribute directly to the company's success by effectively managing clients and offering specialised technical guidance on projects. About you: Tertiary qualification in Seismology, Engineering Geology/Geology and/or Geophysics Minimum 10 years' experience in seismology, geology and/or engineering geology Understanding of the fundamentals of earthquake science and its applications Excellent knowledge of the relevant design codes, standards and legislation Why us?
