As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Engineering and other stream leaders to ensure that teams are optimally resourced, engaged, and aligned with company goals. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, contributing to overall employee engagement and retention.
What you'll get to do

Support engineering teams, focusing on recruitment, development, and performance management.
Support team leads to ensure team commitments are met in alignment with company goals and operating principles.
Collaborate with leadership within our Booking for Business Experience stream to resource teams effectively and support delivery targets.
Work with leadership to improve our data culture, employee wellbeing, and create an inclusive and frictionless work environment.
Promote an ongoing learning environment that enhances employee engagement, improves retention, and drives organisational success.
Provide coaching and support engineers in their development to help them achieve their goals.
Partner with People and Culture (PPC) to align broader company programs.
Lead or become a core member within our Community of Practice in a relevant technical area, setting standards and ensuring consistency across teams.

What you will bring
Proven experience in leading technical teams and supporting delivery leads in the management of complex projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
An understanding of learning frameworks and training tools.
A collaborative approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
