Architects (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Salary: $140,000+ negotiable, and added benefits Responsibilities: Provide high-level strategic and architecture advice to a wide range of customers, creating scope of works and delivering technical projects in conjunction with cross-functional teams across the wider business. Act as the technical owner and lead engineer for clients, ensuring timely fulfillment of client requests. Ensure documentation is accurate and that all changes are completed with minimal impact. To be successful, you will need: Sound demonstrable experience (backed by references) providing technical support and advice to customers in a consulting environment, ideally for a Managed Service Provider. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud services; MS OS, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network, and backup technologies. Experience in designing, building, and supporting large-scale Microsoft environments. Customer-focused with excellent communication and analytical skills, prioritizing the resolution of customer issues.
