Lead the development of a world-class product from its inception through to on-orbit constellation missions. As a Senior Engineer responsible for the Hall thruster power electronics, you'll direct and perform development engineering on the power processing unit and its interfaces in the best interest of the company. Risk, cost or quality based decisions are to be identified and mitigated early. You will need to provide regular guidance to a highly capable team of engineers and technicians as the thruster grows from an idea into flight operations and further forward into production.
