Senior Engineer, Electrical

Responsibilities
Design, test, and qualify PCBA/module in accordance with design specifications.
Work closely with peers, such as software, firmware, and mechanical engineering, to design a medical robot.
Develop and maintain design documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as FDA and ISO standards.
Collaborate with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing) to achieve project goals.
Produce engineering outputs (BOM, CAD, WI, etc.) for manufacturing of products.
Navigate regulatory testing for Electrical Safety, Functional Safety, Radiated/Conductor Emission & Immunity.
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and functionality for the robot.
Competency Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other relevant discipline.
More than 5 years' experience in product design and development; fresh graduates with a keen interest in electrical design are welcome to apply.
Strong working knowledge of microcontrollers, digital and analog circuitry design.
Strong working knowledge of firmware development.
Strong working experience in CAD software and PCB layout is preferred.
Strong hands-on skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and design verification are required.
Able to work with other disciplines.
Able to provide guidance to junior engineers on product development.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, and collaborate with peers in the design team to design a product in accordance with specifications.
Experience in regulatory testing is welcome.
