Requirements: NZ Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years' experience with CPEng credentials (or very close), expertise in civil design/modelling/drainage/roading, proven project/people management abilities, and strong communication skills.
Role 2: Senior Structural Engineer (CPEng) (Christchurch)Join a leading multi-disciplinary firm as a Senior Structural Engineer overseeing a team of engineers/technicians. You will contribute to project deliveries, client liaison, and mentoring while technically designing structural engineering projects, reviewing deliverables, collaborating cross-functionally, and assisting with business development.
Requirements: CPEng registration as a Structural Engineer, 6+ years' structural design experience, 3+ years' team management experience, broad knowledge of the NZ Building Code/standards, specialist earthquake-resistant design skills, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of commercial realities.
Role 3: Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Christchurch)Join a dynamic employee-owned firm as the Senior Geotechnical Engineer. You will mentor a small geotechnical team, providing technical expertise across investigations, assessments, foundation design, slope stability, and earthworks. Collaborate cross-functionally, conduct site visits, develop client relationships, prepare proposals/budgets, and drive business development alongside overseeing high-quality project delivery and mentoring staff.
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering, 5+ years' experience, CPEng registration (or eligibility), strong geotechnical principles/soil mechanics knowledge, project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, software proficiency (geotechnical analysis/design), business acumen, and a collaborative leadership approach.
