Senior Engineer / Chartered Engineer

The Role & The Company My client is looking for an experienced well-rounded (ideally Chartered) Engineer with confidence in land development design, including stormwater, to work with designers, planners, and site engineers on primarily Auckland-based land development sites.
They are looking to fill a varied role that needs a self-directed person to be involved, provide design understanding and input, manage, and keep on track development sites alongside the Development Manager.
My client is a development company, meaning they can be involved from pre-site purchase and due diligence, through planning approvals, engineering and associated authority consenting, and then site sign off post-build which is managed by others.
They are a small company meaning they have overlapping roles, and all pitch in to do what is needed to turn a project into reality whilst upholding the company's reputation as an industry leader.
Skills Required The successful candidate will likely:
