Our client is seeking a Senior Engagement Advisor to join their team in Wellington.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop and implement engagement strategies while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective engagement strategies tailored to the organisation's goals.Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration.Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organisation.Provide expert advice on engagement best practices to drive successful initiatives.Monitor and report on engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement initiatives with organisational objectives.
What you'll need: Proven experience in engagement or advisory roles, demonstrating a successful track record.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Strong understanding of engagement best practices and methodologies.Ability to develop and implement robust engagement strategies that deliver results.Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
