Anticipated salary range $108,043 to $117,046, dependent on experience
Te turanga – The role and your impact The Senior Engagement Adviser – Project Delivery supports the engagement and communication of RBNZ's project mahi along with day-to-day internal communications activities under a business partner model. You will provide strategic advice to the Manager Internal Communications, Project Managers and Project teams and ensure connectivity at an enterprise level.
You will work closely with the Internal Engagement Business Partners and the Internal Communications Adviser to implement initiatives, engagement and communications. You will work closely with the Change Manager, Business Analyst and Service Designer as well as key SMEs within the project teams.
O pukenga – About you We're looking for a collaborative worker, who can work to deadlines effectively and is confident providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
Ideally you will have:
Proven experience in delivering organisation and culture messages within an organisation
Extensive writing, presentation and communication skills. Video, audio and visual communication skills are a plus
High level of attention to detail and strong editorial capabilities
Proven ability to work successfully with multiple stakeholders and to build great relationships

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $108,043 to $117,046 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
