Position Overview: As a senior member in the End User Services team at Kainga Ora, you will provide hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics customer support to manage technology hardware and software for Kainga Ora users.
You will also actively coach and mentor End User Technology Engineers on software, hardware security, various operating models, and applications.
Key Responsibilities: Thought leadership, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement focus on technology hardware, software, security, and operational practices.Provide hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics customer support.Manage technology hardware and software to Kainga Ora users.Actively coach and mentor End User Technology Engineers.Work in the office five days a week between 7am - 5pm, with some travel involved between sites within the region.Minimum Requirements: At least five years of hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure, and M365 products.Strong proficiency in Microsoft PC management tools, including SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and Active Directory.ITIL Foundation certificate and relevant Microsoft certifications.Experience with ITSM environments like ServiceNow.Proven track record of leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Exceptional communication and customer service skills.Flexibility to work occasional hours outside standard schedules.Location: Strong preference for Wellington, but also open to Auckland and Christchurch.
Salary: $112,375 + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of additional benefits.
