As a senior member in the End User Services team, you will be providing hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics customer support to manage technology hardware and software for Kainga Ora users.
Key to this role also involves actively coaching and mentoring End User Technology Engineers on software, hardware security, various operating models, and applications.
The team provides service between 7am - 5pm, which requires working in the office five days a week.
There is some travel involved between sites within the region.
We are seeking a skilled IT professional with advanced technical and troubleshooting expertise in technology hardware and software support to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft PC management tools, including SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and Active Directory, alongside an ITIL Foundation certificate and relevant Microsoft certifications.
Experience with ITSM environments like ServiceNow is essential, as is a proven track record of leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must, along with the flexibility to work occasional hours outside standard schedules and travel between sites within the region.

Salary: $112,375 + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of additional benefits.
