Key Responsibilities: Thought leadership, coaching, mentoring, and a continuous improvement focus on technology hardware, software, security, and operational practices. Providing hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics customer support to manage technology hardware and software for Kainga Ora users. Actively coaching and mentoring End User Technology Engineers on software, hardware security, various operating models, and applications. Leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements: At least five years of hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure, and M365 products. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PC management tools, including SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and Active Directory. ITIL Foundation certificate and relevant Microsoft certifications. Experience with ITSM environments like ServiceNow. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work occasional hours outside standard schedules and travel between sites within the region. Location: Strong preference for Wellington as the work location, but also open to Auckland and Christchurch.
Salary: $112,375 + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of additional benefits.
