Senior Legal Counsel – ER

We have a permanent role for an experienced Senior Employment Relations Partner with private sector or in-house counsel experience and strong ER and IR expertise. This role will provide ER and IR expertise to People Leaders and the broader P&C Team.

Day-to-day, you could expect to work on: Providing employment law and industrial relations advice
Assessing and managing legal risk for ER matters
Supporting the ER team
Mentoring and coaching the broader P&C team
Working closely with various stakeholders
Driving process efficiencies
Supporting various projects

About you: In-depth knowledge of NZ employment law
LLB qualification
Senior level legal expertise in private legal practice or in-house role
Current or ability to undertake Practising Certificate
Strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
