As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor for Access Community Health/Uru Atea, you will play a vital role in: Employee Relations Support: Provide both reactive and proactive support to the business across all regions, ensuring effective employee relations. Policy Development and Guidance: Update policies, develop process maps and best practice guides in alignment with current laws and legislative changes. Offer coaching and guidance to fellow ER advisors and regional teams. Strategic Advice and Mediation: Assist in mediation and bargaining processes and provide trusted strategic advice for business projects aimed at supporting and enabling the organisation. Wellington based with the ability to travel as required. A sound knowledge of employment law is a must. A tertiary qualification in an ER or legal related discipline with 3+ years of experience is essential. Experience working within a large, complex organisation. Comprehensive understanding of New Zealand legislation relevant to the role. Attention to detail and experience with drafting advice, legal briefs, policy development and high-quality project reporting. An approach which fosters the development of strong relationships with all levels of the business and with external stakeholders.
