Senior Electrician / Supervisor

Reporting to the Installation Business Manager, this position will manage and complete the installations of solar PV systems on residential and commercial buildings, including all electrical work, and ensure all work undertaken is completed with due regards for quality, productivity, and safety.
We are looking for an experienced electrician who is able to confidently coach and supervise our trainee electricians as well as sign off their hours as they are completed.
We have some exciting large-scale projects in the pipeline so any electricians interested in the solar industry have some excellent opportunities ahead of them with Sunergise.
Sites are in the Auckland region with travel to other parts of New Zealand & the Pacific.
This is a permanent full-time role based out of our central Auckland warehouse.
Salary negotiable + benefits for the right candidate.
Applicants currently living in New Zealand are preferred.

The ideal applicant will have:
Experience in the Solar industry.
National Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
NZ Electrical Trade Qualification.
2+ years minimum experience as a qualified electrician.
Good technical ability.
Valid full NZ Drivers License.
Good communication skills and overall presentation.
