Their products are cherished for their durability and comfort, catering to the needs of people who love the outdoors.About the Role:Reporting into a GM, and managing a direct report, this exciting role is tasked to manage the ecommerce operations, trade & campaign strategy, home page content & customer journey, budgets, brand & product development, agency and digital marketing coordination. It's a broad role where you can make a real impact.This role focuses on ecommerce operations, driving sales through the ecommerce branded website platform as well as partnerships and digital online wholesale partners (e.g. Shopify, Amazon) across NZ and Australia.This role will be measured through revenue, traffic, discount % and conversion rate, all while creating an exceptional customer experience.Working with various stakeholders, this role is tasked to seamlessly integrate online shopping experience with cohesive marketing campaigns and partnerships to drive revenue.This role requires a high level of collaboration with cross functional teams, as well as a highly data-driven and analytical person to tackle online growth.With the support of the team, this role manages direct to customer and partner facing communications, to deliver a great global online customer experience and to drive digital growth.About You:We are looking for a customer-obsessed eCommerce specialist who enjoys developing online growth strategies and executing them, with a genuine interest in apparel. You will have proven experience from an eCommerce retail environment, bonus if you have international experience, have worked within a complex structure and managed a direct report.Naturally, you will have strong ecommerce operations management experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders, running successful websites with proven results and a seamless customer experience.You will also have experience running trade ad campaign calendars, homepage content, customer journeys and digital campaigns.Experience with Shopify and Salesforce (or similar) is essential. You will be hugely analytical and data-driven, experienced in performance analytics, sales forecasting and reporting, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, fanplay and Emarsys.An entrepreneurial innovator who is constantly seeking to test new ways of achieving growth and online performance.A strong operator and collaborator.
