He aha te mahi? What's the role?Join Zespri's Export Documentation team, responsible for over 4,500 sets of documentation and 9,000 Phytosanitary Certificates across 30+ countries each season. As a Senior Documentation Specialist, you'll ensure our fruit clears border controls smoothly, delivering world-class service to customers around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:Documentation Management: Ensure accurate, compliant export documents for sea and air shipments, meeting all international border requirements to avoid costly penalties.Compliance & Best Practice: Partner with the Export Documentation Manager to drive regulatory compliance, optimize systems, and maintain best practices across the team.Stakeholder Support: Provide expert advice on export issues to internal divisions, such as Market Access, Logistics, and Supply Chain, as well as external stakeholders.Risk & Audit Management: Oversee the Zespri Secure Export Scheme, participate in internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with Customs, MPI, and other regulatory bodies.Continuous Improvement: Enhance team productivity by refining policies and leveraging SAP and TradeWindow/Prodoc technology.Ko wai koe?
