You will be the single threaded program owner for MongoDB 9.0 Next Gen suite of product offerings and its successful delivery, responsible for all executive (SVP+) communications and escalations for the Core Server Group.The right candidate for this role will be:Experienced with 15+ years of working in an engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programsExperienced with 10 years of Software development background, preferably in cloud storage and compute productsCapable of influencing technical discussions and summarizing outcomes and next stepsSkilled at communicating across a diverse set of engineering and business stakeholdersHyper-organized and capable of coordinating across multiple independent work streams and organizationsA role model for effective execution practices, driven by a strong sense of priority and urgencyAble to leverage their experience in program delivery to influence improvements to our tools, operations, and architectureFamiliar with MongoDB or comparable technologyInterested in business automation work such as scripting in Python, Google Apps Script, and SlackPosition Expectations:Leverage technical acumen and analytical skills to drive engineering programs forward and maximize business value deliveryRecognize patterns in a sea of information and take action accordinglyDesign, maintain, and improve the processes and tools that power program deliveryBuild strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering stakeholdersExpand knowledge into new domains as neededAct as a mentor to junior TPMs and lead by exampleMongoDB is committed to providing any necessary accommodations for individuals with disabilities within our application and interview process.
