The role is responsible for delivering campaign KPIs that exceed client expectations while also testing and implementing some of Acquire's newest offerings.Responsibilities will include:Programme, manage, track, optimise and report campaigns across multiple programmatic/digital platforms. The role will require omnichannel expertise across Display, Video, Search, Social, Audio, Native and DOOH.Achieve advanced optimisation of campaigns using techniques like Supply Path Optimisation, Advanced bidding, Data Driven Attribution and Bid modifiers.Utilise testing frameworks to run campaigns with a test-and-learn approach.Utilise analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Supermetrics to identify and capitalise on patterns and trends.Use advanced features across programmatic and digital platforms.Lead on performance-related client queries.Provide insight-driven commentary and performance-related recommendations to clients.Provide analysis and insights into campaign briefs and client reporting.Provide a high level of client service and enthusiasm for both external and internal clients.Input into campaign strategy at the briefing, proposal and reporting stages.Ideally, you'll have the following:Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., marketing, commerce, technology or business).4+ years' experience across a variety of programmatic DSPs and platforms.Search and GA4 expertise and/or E-commerce experience is preferable (but not essential).Excellent analytical skills.Ability to translate complex technical or analytical information into client-friendly language.Highly organised and strong attention to detail.Ability to see, manage and solve problems effectively.Ability to work independently and also with a team to achieve common goals.Sound understanding of Microsoft Excel.Good business acumen.Motivation and commitment to constantly up-skill and keep abreast of changing technology.In return we'll provide:A high-performing team environment with a focus on growing and developing talent from within.The opportunity to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as you learn.Access to cutting-edge technology and specialist proprietary tools.Parnell office location, including a car park.Option to work a day from home.Lots of social stuff, drinks fridge and much more.To apply, please include a cover letter confirming why you're interested in working at Acquire.
