The purpose of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive role is to own the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns via digital channels, with a focus on website, social media and email platforms. Based in Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland, they will work with individuals across the Markets team in implementing priority digital marketing initiatives and responding to the requests of the business. They will also provide best-practice advice to the Markets team and wider business around the use of digital marketing channels (i.e. website, email, SEO, SEM).
Key responsibilities:
Manage the external PwC NZ website and implement requests for improvements (copy, design, content).
Manage PwC New Zealand's Social Media channels, coordinating posting of content, managing the channels and reporting.
Build emails, customer journeys and data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide post campaign analysis via Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Google Analytics and other tools.
Refine, improve and embed business processes and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with all marketing and business processes.
Ensure all online activity is in line with the firm's brand and priority markets strategy.
Advise and support the business in digital marketing and embedding best practice.

Strong technical marketing skills.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferable.
5 - 6 years' experience (minimum) in front-end web development.
Deep understanding and experience with various Content Management Systems and core CMS processes (Adobe Experience Manager desirable).
Hands on, practical experience with various email platforms and core email marketing deployment.
Creative flair - able to see, and articulate what makes a great user experience (UX) - and make it happen.
Experience of working within and supporting a wider Marketing teams.
