O te turanga - About the role We have been through a significant digital transformation and as part of this, we're building a new Information Management team within our Digital and Information Services team.
We're looking for a range of Information Management professionals, including a Senior Digital and Information Analyst.
As the Senior Digital and Information Analyst, you will be responsible for building and operationalising our Enterprise Information Management Framework so that our kaimahi can better manage, secure, protect, and use information and data assets.
Working alongside the Information Management Practice Lead, you'll bring along your knowledge and experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions.
Ko tou ake mahi - What You'll Do Work with the Information Management Practice Lead to design, develop, and implement information management strategy, processes, and controls to improve IM maturity across WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru roadmap.Manage the business-as-usual requests that require Information Management advice or action.Build in continuous improvement to WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru information and data solutions and practices.Ensure documentation of processes and controls is of good quality and maintained to a high standard.Work together with other Digital teams to ensure WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru kaimahi have the right tools and processes to be successful at their role.Have a good understanding of modern records management in a digital environment.Possess knowledge of Microsoft products and a keen interest in new technologies.Demonstrate a proven ability to build strong connections at all levels of a business.Exhibit strong knowledge of the Public Records Act 2005 and Archives NZ standards and guidance.Have experience working in rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility in your approach.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Awhe utu - Salary range As part of our remuneration framework, the full salary range for the position is from $99,959 to $131,904.
Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
