The role
As a Senior UX Designer, it will be your responsibility to develop elegant, easy-to-use designs to be used to assess new innovations as a UX/UI Product Designer across research, user testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
What do you need?
5+ years Product Design experience with an associated portfolio of work within a Marketing/Agency environment.
Advanced level experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. Familiarity with tools like InVision or Marvel for collaboration and handoff.
Proficiency in planning and conducting various forms of user research such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys. Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research data to inform design decisions.
Experience in developing early-stage solutions to complex problems with the wider team.
Experience in providing clients with the best possible product experience requires designing, testing, and validating solutions.
You should be creative, energetic, and able to contribute to and promote ongoing enhancements of the design methodologies.
Maintain the right balance between being pragmatic and visionary during design implementation.
A positive & outgoing attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
