As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our software development and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.What you'll be doingAs a small company without a prior dedicated DevOps team you will develop and implement robust best practicesYou will be responsible for managing our fleet of several dozen servers, a mix of bare metal and cloudYou will implement monitoring, perform critical maintenance and upgrades to ensure a future-proofing of the entire fleetYou will take on responsibility for critical and time-sensitive production updatesWhat we're looking forA self-starter with initiative to take charge of our infrastructure and proactively manage it to achieve reliability and resiliency5+ years of experience in a senior DevOps or DevSecOps role, preferably with some knowledge of blockchain networks but this is not criticalComfortable working with bare metal Linux and systemdProficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormationFamiliar with Git, Datadog, Pagerduty, Grafana and PrometheusExpertise in monitoring, logging, and incident management tools and processesWhat we offerWe're a small but well-funded company and you'll be one of the first full-time employees as we scale up and mature our operations.
