Provide scientific support to AROA departments and external partners, as required.

What you'll bring:

BSc or MSc (or equivalent in relevant scientific discipline) with a minimum of 5 years' research or development experience. Experience within the medical device or biotechnology industries is highly desirable.
Ability to produce and review technical documentation and communicate complex technical information to a wide range of audiences.
Experience with cell culture and microbiological assays.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Robust and logical decision maker. Works well in agile, fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be working with a diverse and inclusive team that works hard but celebrates and recognises its people. We have a great time doing stuff that's never been done before! You'll also be working for a mission-led company dedicated to bringing regenerative healing to people around the world. We're sure that's something worth being a part of!
