Work on our global brands and bring them to life through your creative designs across social media, digital platforms, video, and print. Get involved in photoshoots and castings, and help elevate our collaterals to new levels. You will own the space from conceptualization to execution.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTCreate visually appealing graphics and collateral for a wide range of projectsProvide creative leadership and vision for design projectsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersCreative DirectionDevelop visually compelling and conceptually robust designs for diverse touch points, encompassing digital, print, web and video assetsProvide creative leadership and vision for design projectsArt direction for content photo shoots, from ideation to liaising with photographers/stylists etcDevelop and maintain brand guidelinesConceptualise and present design ideas to internal stakeholdersEnsure brand consistency across all design materials, including typography, colour schemes, and design elementsCreate top-tier digital content, including social tiles, Instagram stories, animations, and videosProduce printed design assets for retail and advertisingDesign presentations using FigmaCraft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teamsMaintain an eye for detail and high-quality design standardsConceptualisation and InnovationContribute fresh and innovative ideas during brainstorming and ideation sessionsPropose creative solutions aligned with project goals and market trendsProject OwnershipLead design direction of brand campaigns, taking ownership from concept to completionUnderstand project requirements and timelines, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverablesCollaboration and MentorshipProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersCollaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality outputWork closely with cross-functional teams and other relevant departmentsREQUIRED8-10+ years of proven experience as a graphic designerProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Adobe After Effects and FigmaA good understanding of print production processesExperience in packaging is an added advantageExperience in Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantageABOUT ZURUZURU is on a quest to reimagine tomorrow.
