We are on a drive to create and deliver compelling content, as our prospective and current residents become more accustomed to using digital platforms and channels. We need a talented Senior Designer/Content Creator to help establish our first in-house creative studio, mentoring a junior designer and lending your skills to develop world-class marketing materials for our prospective customers and their families.
Based in our support office located in Newmarket and reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role, providing print and digital design services, developing ideas for content, styling and providing art direction to video and photo shoots, editing and being responsible for the creative outputs from the studio. You will provide the marketing team with quality assets and pay a pivotal role in safeguarding our brand guidelines ensuring content ideas are fresh and marketing campaigns continually improve.
Some key responsibilities will include: Working speedily but accurately in the Adobe creative suite to create and update branded collateral. Brainstorming ideas and using your creative skills to produce content across a range of marketing channels. Being responsible for successful delivery of compelling sales and marketing materials for brand, tactical and digital teams.
Ability to follow a brief, ask questions and suggest improvements.Comfortable creating print ready art, social media ads and content for web from concept through to end product.Previous experience in photo and video editing and graphic design.About you
With 3 - 5 years' experience in a design role, preferably with content creation involvement, you will have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, a strong portfolio showcasing your design experience and excellent collaboration and communication skills. We will be looking for a track record of teamwork and relationship building and a positive can-do attitude. You will also have an inherent desire to mentor, lead and develop a junior designer.
