The Role As Senior Three Water Design Engineer you are responsible for overseeing all Three Water infrastructure projects from design to execution. You will work closely with the Team Leader of Design and work as a sounding board as an expert in the Three Waters space. You will dive in headfirst on complex challenges relating to water supply, wastewater, and stormwater, helping to guide the design team.
Other Duties Include Collaboration with an array of external and internal stakeholders, including asset managers, project managers, and external contractors.
Overseeing the resource planning and management while maintaining top-notch quality.
Caring out a variety of design work and using your technical knowledge of Three Waters to overcome obstacles.
Mentoring and developing those within your team, while building an excellent work culture.
About you We are looking for someone with rich experience within the Three Waters space, ideally with experience and knowledge within design space and using CAD software. You will have extensive technical knowledge that will play a vital role within the design team as the go-to expert in everything Three Waters.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
10+ years' experience in Three Waters.
Deep understanding of council infrastructure engineering, design, and life cycle management.
Be able to take on a challenge using different perspectives, with a flexible and innovative approach.
