Murupara Area School Bay of Plenty
Senior Deputy Principal Murupara Area School is looking for a highly motivated Senior Deputy Principal to join and help lead our team of amazing kaiako.
We are a student centred kura and enjoy positive relationships with our students, staff, whanau and the wider community. Our kura may not be large but our aspirations are. Ideally the successful candidate will need to continue to foster positive relationships with our students, staff, whanau and the wider community and demonstrate culturally responsive pedagogy. Proven experience as part of a senior leadership team is highly desirable.
There will be some specific areas of responsibility within the role including but not limited to senior science, NCEA, Principal's nominee, Kamar, Timetabling and ICT oversight. Ideally the successful candidate will be well versed in our New Zealand Curriculum with oversight and experience of the new CAAs requirements and changes to NCEA Level One.
