ABOUT YOUEssential must-haves:Seasoned digital project management: You will bring a minimum of 4+ years' experience in a digital agency setting as a Senior Digital Producer, Senior Digital Project Manager, or Senior Delivery Manager. Expertise in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies is essential to effectively manage the dynamic challenges of digital project delivery at Journey.Technical proficiency and leadership: You should have a strong background in delivering comprehensive digital solutions, including content management systems, mobile apps, and web applications. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of digital development, from information architecture and prototyping to user testing and bug fixing.Strategic insight and budget management: Maintain a robust understanding of digital best practices across usability, design, development and project management. Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and strict budgets is crucial.
