Full Time Application Closes 08 May 2024 Taranaki - New Plymouth Financial Analyst Senior Data Business Analyst The purpose of this position is to ensure our business stakeholders' vision and information requirements are well-defined and well-translated into functional design artifacts. You will lead and guide your cross-functional agile team to deliver BI solutions that deliver the right results for your business. Manage multiple data change initiatives, assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Contribute to operational management and tracking of systems under the Analytics team's responsibility to ensure corrective action is taken.The responsibilities of the role: Analyze business drivers and needs (future and present) and identify relevant data and change needs to drive the organisation's business results. Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to ensure project requirements align with what is expected throughout the project life cycle. Produce solid functional design and operational artifacts in line with industry standards and practices. Collect and define business needs, user experiences, data specifications and prototypes and support quality assurance in delivering Business Intelligence initiatives. Help define, scope and phase of projects with a priority on delivering business value and facilitating user acceptance testing in an effective cross-functional team. Make sure documentation is up-to-date as data transformations are carried out, both internally to TSB employees and externally to end-users. Lead knowledge-sharing activities with stakeholders as well as other TSB employees. Proactively review and execute process and operational improvement initiatives throughout the analytics environment.
