The Role Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join our busy team on a permanent basis.
This is a key position in the team and you will focus on development and maintenance of departmental procedures, tools, and metrics for our critical master data.
You will ensure compliance with industry regulation and company policy while enabling data-driven decision making.
Key responsibilities include : Assist the business in defining data quality rules for critical fields within prioritised data objects Identify and apply appropriate data maintenance processes which align to the defined data quality rules Design and implement data quality reporting to monitor adherence to business rules Ensure master data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality Designing and implementing data management policies and procedures for the organization to ensure compliance with industry regulations implementation requirements If you are analytical, have proven relationship building skills then we want to hear from you!
Qualification University degree Data & Analytics or a related field
Skills and Experience 5 7 years' experience in a related field Knowledge of SAP master data, business process or analytics preferred Dairy industry or manufacturing knowledge is an advantage Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data. Presentation skills ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand. Communication skills with effective stakeholder management, change management and conflict resolution skills
