We are on the lookout for an opportunity go-getter as a Programme Manager - Strategy and Investments to embrace our values of Whakapono (Inner belief in the Tuaropaki vision), Kia U (Commitment, diligence), Kia Manawanui (Courage, adaptability, strategic foresight and humility).The role:The Senior Dairy Assistant is responsible for undertaking day to day operations at the Dairy safely and proficiently, while promoting Trust values and beliefs.The Senior Dairy Assistant's specific responsibilities are to support all operational processes across the Dairy, including farm property and equipment maintenance, animal husbandry and all aspects of stock management, with a high standard of record keeping (including animal health and milk quality requirements).What You'll Need To Be Successful:You will be committed to growing your knowledge and use of te ao maori, te reo, tikanga maori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and maori values and perspectives in your work, while supporting others to do the same.You will also need:A strong work ethicA commitment to developing your skills across the Dairy and wider Operations teamA current and clean NZ full driver's licence and experience driving 2-wheelers, side-by-sides and other farm vehicles on hilly terrainMinimum of 2 years' experience of dairy farming practices, animal husbandry and farming operationsAn appropriate Agricultural or Farming qualificationA high level of physical fitnessTo thrive as part of a team - working collaboratively to deliver day to day activitiesWhat you'll get in return:The opportunity to lead a great team within a highly respected organisation.Live-in property on the station.Farm vehicle for some personal use.Comprehensive medical insurance - Including prescriptions.For a confidential discussion or more in-depth job description, please contact Tom Warner on ****** - 0221967722 or Caylee Cooke on ****** - 021895015
