Our client works with some of the largest retailers in New Zealand and is keen to expand globally. The Role We seek a talented and motivated customer success manager to join our team. Our Customers are at the heart of everything we do as a business, and it's vital to our success that our Customers achieve their planning goals and efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, particularly within merchandising or buyer-side planning in the retail industry. They should also deeply understand customer success principles and ideally have experience with software products and AI demand planning tools. The Skills RequiredExperience with SaaS, Software, or AI companies.
