CIC Operation & Support (Daily) Provide product training for the CIC team Support in product technical inquiries Handle inbound/outbound calls during peak periods Reply to customer emails Monitor online VOC & early sensing for product quality Assist with customer feedback and complaints analysis and reporting CIC KPI (Weekly & Monthly) Service Level Answer Speed FCR / CER / TER Response Satisfaction Rate (E-mail) Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent At least 4 years of experience in a call center environment Experience in Home Appliances & Electronics products service and repair, especially in Television, Washer, Fridge & Air Conditioner.
