Key Responsibilities: As a Senior CPEng Civil Engineer, you will: Lead and manage technical designs for a range of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with internal teams across our regional offices, leveraging our in-house expertise.
Handle multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating your ability to take responsibility and deliver results.
Mitigate project risks through a considered approach.

Your Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have: 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a recognised and relevant engineering degree and Civil CPEng accreditation.
Demonstrated competency and experience as a lead civil engineering designer.
Proven competencies in 3 waters, earthworks, roading, pavements, and general civil design aspects.
Sound knowledge of relevant industry standards, including NZS3910, NZS4404, TA design codes of practice, and NZBC.
The ability to manage concurrent projects and handle responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
High motivation, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
