About the role In this newly created role, you will build on your existing skills managing Corridor Access Requests (CAR's) and/or Temporary Traffic Management Plan (TTMP) processes.
You will: be the lead for pre-Works administration completing accurate and thorough administration including reviewing and processing applications.provide mentoring and guidance to team members.coordinate and support the team with day-to-day work activities ensuring Works are completed on time.assist with Works and post-Works inspections and TTM Auditing of contractors working on the roading network.audit and provide administration to ensure TTMP, and Warrants are safe and compliant.support excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.work on a range of tasks related to Corridor Access Request (CAR) applications.ensure specified timeframes and customer service levels are met.mentor others in the team, including an Engineering Cadet.About you It would be great if you bring some experience using GIS systems, and working in local government.
You'll need to show us that you have: several years' experience working in a Roading and/or Corridor Access role.experience working in road constructions and/or traffic management.understanding of CoPTTM, Health and Safety and the LGA 1974 and 2002.knowledge of applying the National Code of Practice for Utility operations.excellent written and verbal communication skills.have a current full NZ driver's licence.What you need to do now Come and join our Transport team and be part of our welcoming and engaging environment.
