Senior Corridor Access Inspector

About the role In this new, busy and varied role, your experience working on Corridor Access Requests (CAR) will be a real asset.
This role is the lead for onsite inspections, focusing on Works and post-Works, but will also provide assistance to the team with pre-Works administration.
You will: conduct high quality on-site Corridor Access inspections and TTM Audits ensure Works align to the National Code of Practice for Utility operators audit and provide administration support to ensure TTMP, and Warrants are safe and compliant provide excellent support to the team with day-to-day work activities, including all administration required for pre-Works - applications, reviewing and processing work on the full range of tasks related to (CAR) applications mentor others in the team, including an Engineering Cadet.
About you It would be great if you bring some experience using GIS systems, and working in local government.
You'll need to show us that you have: several years' experience working in a Roading and/or Corridor Access role experience working in road constructions or traffic management traffic management auditing experience understanding of CoPTTM, Health and Safety and the LGA 1974 and 2002 knowledge of applying the National Code of Practice for Utility operations excellent written and verbal communication skills have a current full NZ driver's licence What you need to do now Come and join our Transport team and be part of our welcoming and engaging environment.
